Dashboard Troubleshooting
Page Won't Load / Blank Screen
Step 1: Clear browser cache
- Press
Ctrl+Shift+Delete(orCmd+Shift+Deleteon Mac) - Select "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear data"
- Refresh the page
Step 2: Try a different browser
- LeadClaw supports Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari
- If it works in another browser, the issue is browser-specific
Step 3: Check your internet connection
- Try loading another website
- If your connection is unstable, dashboard real-time features may not load
Step 4: Disable browser extensions
- Ad blockers and privacy extensions can sometimes interfere
- Try opening leadclaw.io in an incognito/private window
Dashboard Loading Slowly
Possible causes:
- Slow internet connection — Real-time features (heartbeat, activity feed) require a stable connection
- Many browser tabs open — Close unnecessary tabs to free memory
- Outdated browser — Update to the latest version
- Large dataset — If you have thousands of leads, some pages may take longer
Specific Widgets Not Loading

Session Expired
If you see "Unauthorized" or get redirected to the login page:
- Your session expired after inactivity (this is a security feature)
- Sign in again — your data is safe
- Consider bookmarking the dashboard for quick access

If the dashboard consistently doesn't load, submit a help ticket with:
- Your browser name and version
- Whether the issue happens on all pages or just certain ones
- Any error messages in the browser console (press F12 > Console tab)
- A screenshot of what you see
