If your agent is finding leads that don't fit your target audience, here's how to diagnose and fix it.
Step 1: Review Your Campaign Settings
The most common cause is vague targeting:

Step 3: Give Your Agent Direct Feedback
Open chat and tell your agent what's wrong:
- "The last 5 leads were all franchises — I only work with independent businesses"
- "Stop finding businesses outside the Portland metro area"
- "I need businesses with a physical location, not online-only companies"
Your agent will adjust its search strategy based on this feedback.
Step 4: Review and Filter
Go to your Leads page and:
- Review the leads your agent has found
- Mark irrelevant leads as "Not a fit" (this teaches your agent)
- Look for patterns in the good leads vs. bad leads
- Use those patterns to refine your campaign goal
