Error Reference

"Could not load agent"

Where: Dashboard Agent ID Card

Cause: The API request to load your agent's profile failed.

Fix: Click Retry. If it persists, check your internet connection or try refreshing the page.

"Rate limited — Too many requests"

Where: Any page or API call

Cause: You've exceeded the API rate limit (100 requests/minute).

Fix: Wait 60 seconds and try again. This limit protects the service from overload.

"Campaign auto-paused"

Where: Campaign page or Activity Feed

Cause: Bounce rate exceeded 2% or spam complaint rate exceeded 0.1%.

Fix: Review the bounced/complained addresses, clean your list, and resume.

"Email sending failed"

Where: Activity feed or agent status

Cause: There may be a temporary issue with the email service or your email configuration.

Fix: Go to Settings > Email and verify your @leadclaw.io address is configured. If it persists, submit a help ticket.

"Agent provisioning failed"

Where: After onboarding or wake-up

Cause: The VPS couldn't be created (rare infrastructure issue).

Fix: Wait 5 minutes and try again. If it persists, submit a help ticket.

"Unauthorized"

Where: Any page after being idle

Cause: Your session has expired.

Fix: Sign in again. Your data is safe — sessions expire for security.
