Help Tickets
The fastest way to get support is through our ticket system:
- Go to Help > My Tickets in the sidebar
- Click New Ticket
- Select a category and describe your issue
- Submit — you'll get a ticket number
What to Include
- Clear subject line — Summarize the issue in a few words
- Steps to reproduce — What were you doing when the issue occurred?
- Error messages — Copy the exact text of any errors
- Screenshots — If applicable, attach or describe what you see
Response Times
- We respond to all tickets within 24 hours
- Urgent issues (agent down, billing problems) are prioritized
- You'll receive email notifications when we reply
Ticket Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Your ticket has been received |
| In Progress | We're actively working on it |
| Resolved | We've provided a solution |
| Closed | The issue has been confirmed resolved |
Conversation
Each ticket supports back-and-forth conversation. Reply to our responses directly in the ticket thread to provide additional information or ask follow-up questions.
