Help Tickets

The fastest way to get support is through our ticket system:

  1. Go to Help > My Tickets in the sidebar
  2. Click New Ticket
  3. Select a category and describe your issue
  4. Submit — you'll get a ticket number

What to Include

  • Clear subject line — Summarize the issue in a few words
  • Steps to reproduce — What were you doing when the issue occurred?
  • Error messages — Copy the exact text of any errors
  • Screenshots — If applicable, attach or describe what you see

Response Times

  • We respond to all tickets within 24 hours
  • Urgent issues (agent down, billing problems) are prioritized
  • You'll receive email notifications when we reply

Ticket Statuses

Status Meaning
Open Your ticket has been received
In Progress We're actively working on it
Resolved We've provided a solution
Closed The issue has been confirmed resolved

Conversation

Each ticket supports back-and-forth conversation. Reply to our responses directly in the ticket thread to provide additional information or ask follow-up questions.
