Diagnosing Low Reply Rates

If your reply rate is below 3% after 2+ weeks, work through this checklist:

Step 1: Check Your Targeting (Most Common Issue)

Symptom: Many emails sent, few replies

Diagnosis: Your audience is too broad or not a good fit

Fix:
