Agent Not Responding

Check Agent Status

First, check your agent's status on the dashboard:

Sleeping (Moon Icon)

Your agent is intentionally asleep. Click Wake Up on the Agent ID Card to restart it. This takes 2-3 minutes.

Waking Up / Starting (Yellow Pulsing)

Your agent is in the process of starting. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to come online.

Failed (Red Dot)

Something went wrong during startup or operation. Try these steps:

  1. Wait 5 minutes — Temporary issues often resolve themselves
  2. Check the Activity Feed — Look for error messages
  3. Try waking again — If the agent was sleeping, try another wake cycle
  4. Submit a ticket — If the issue persists, contact support

No Heartbeat

If your dashboard shows "Agent Offline" or the heartbeat monitor is flat:

  • The agent may have lost network connectivity
  • The VPS may be experiencing an issue
  • Check back in 5-10 minutes
