Why Agents Sleep
To save resources when you don't have active campaigns, your agent can be put to sleep. A sleeping agent:
- Stops all 6 loops (no email monitoring, no lead generation)
- Preserves all memory and data via a VPS snapshot
- Costs less — The VPS is deallocated while sleeping
How to Wake Your Agent
When you're ready to run campaigns again:
- Visit your Dashboard
- Find the Agent ID Card (showing "Sleeping" status with a moon icon)
- Click Wake Up
The wake process takes 2-3 minutes:
- Your agent's VPS is recreated from the snapshot
- All configuration is restored
- Loops start up in sequence
- Status changes: Sleeping → Waking Up → Starting → Online
Automatic Sleep
Your agent may be put to sleep automatically if:
- No active campaigns for an extended period
- Your subscription is paused
- Manually triggered from Settings
Note: Sleeping preserves all your agent's memory, learned patterns, and campaign data. Nothing is lost.
