You can talk to your AI agent through three channels:

1. In-App Chat

The most direct way. Click Chat in the sidebar or use the chat panel on the right side of any page. Messages are delivered instantly.

Use chat for:

  • Quick questions about campaign progress
  • Giving instructions ("focus on restaurants this week")
  • Reviewing lead details
  • Asking for performance summaries

2. Email

Send an email to your agent's @leadclaw.io address (shown on your dashboard). Your agent receives your messages instantly via push notification from the web app, with a backup check every 5 minutes.

Use email for:

  • Longer, detailed instructions
  • Forwarding relevant information
  • Communicating when you're not logged in

3. SMS — Coming Soon (Pro and Ultra plans)

The ability to text your agent's dedicated phone number is in development for Pro and Ultra plans. Once available, you'll be able to send quick instructions and get status updates on the go.

Already available on Pro/Ultra: Hot lead SMS alerts — your agent texts you when a lead shows strong buying intent, even when you're not logged in.

How Your Agent Responds

Your agent maintains context across all channels — it remembers previous conversations regardless of which channel you used. Responses are sent back through the same channel you used, unless you specify otherwise in your communication preferences.
