Your First 15 Minutes
Follow this checklist to go from zero to your first active campaign:
1. Complete Onboarding
- [ ] Sign up at leadclaw.io
- [ ] Enter your business name, type, and location
- [ ] Add your services and offerings
- [ ] Chat with the AI to set your communication style
- [ ] Verify your phone number (optional but recommended)
- [ ] Review and confirm your profile
2. Choose Your Email Address
- [ ] During onboarding, pick your @leadclaw.io email prefix (e.g.,
sarah@leadclaw.io) - [ ] Your agent's email address is created instantly — no OAuth or account connection needed
- [ ] SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are pre-configured automatically
3. Create Your First Campaign
- [ ] Go to Campaigns > New Campaign
- [ ] Name it something descriptive (e.g., "Q1 Local Restaurants")
- [ ] Set a clear goal (e.g., "Book 10 demo calls")
- [ ] Define your target audience (industry + location)
- [ ] Set duration and daily email limit
- [ ] Launch!
4. Monitor & Engage
- [ ] Check your Dashboard daily for stats and activity
- [ ] Watch for Hot Lead alerts (activity feed + email/SMS notifications)
- [ ] Respond to hot leads within 24 hours
- [ ] Review your Daily Report email each morning (Pro and Ultra plans — upgrade from Settings > Billing)
Tip: Your first campaign will start in warmup mode with reduced volume. This is normal — volume ramps up over 5 days until reaching your plan's full daily limit.
