Your First Campaign
Key Takeaway
Your first campaign starts with a goal, not a form. Set a goal in the 3-step wizard (Goal, Audience, Channels), and your agent gets to work. It starts your cold email outreach on its own, then finds leads, verifies emails, and sends personalized messages. If your agent is still coming online, you may get a one-time prompt to launch that first campaign. Any paid ads or social posts it drafts wait for your approval.
Start With a Goal
Campaigns are tactics your agent runs under a goal, so you don't create campaigns by hand. Navigate to Goals in the sidebar and click New goal. The 3-step wizard asks for:
- Goal: What you want to achieve (e.g., "Book 10 demo calls with restaurant owners")
- Audience: Industry, location, and any additional criteria
- Channels: Cold email, paid ads, social content, or a mix
What Happens Next
Your AI agent takes over from here:
- Campaign Drafting: Drafts an outreach campaign under your goal, targeted at your audience
- Cold Email Starts: Your cold email outreach starts automatically. If your agent is still coming online, you may get a one-time prompt to launch it. Ads or social content it drafts wait for your review first
- Lead Generation: Finds potential leads matching your target audience
- Email Verification: Validates all email addresses before sending
- Outreach & Follow-ups: Sends personalized emails and follows up with non-responders
- Hot Lead Detection: Flags interested responses for your attention
Need Something On Demand?
Open any goal from the Goals page to see its detail view. The Quick actions there let you queue work for your agent anytime: Draft ad campaign, Fill this week's posts, or Draft outreach campaign. Everything your agent drafts waits for your review before it spends or sends.
Monitoring Progress
Track everything from your Home page:
- The Reached, Engaged, Inquired funnel shows how your outreach is landing
- The Lifeline rail shows your agent's recent actions as they happen
- The Active Goals card shows each goal and how it's progressing
