Active (Warmup)

The campaign is running but in its 5-day warmup phase. Email volume starts low and ramps up daily to reach your plan's full daily limit. Starting volume depends on your plan (Free: 2/day, Pro: 5/day, Ultra: 10/day).

Active

The campaign is fully running at your configured email volume. Your agent is actively finding leads, sending outreach, and following up.

Paused

You've temporarily stopped the campaign. No new emails will be sent, but your agent continues to monitor replies from previously contacted leads.

Completed

The campaign has reached its end date or all objectives have been met. Final statistics are compiled and available in your reports.

Automatic Safeguards

Campaigns will auto-pause if:

  • Email bounce rate exceeds 2%
  • Spam complaint rate exceeds 0.1%
  • The daily send limit is reached

These thresholds protect your sender reputation and ensure compliance with email best practices.
