Your Agent's Email Address

During onboarding, you choose an email prefix for your agent. This becomes your agent's dedicated sending address at @leadclaw.io — for example, sarah@leadclaw.io or acme-sales@leadclaw.io.

Your agent sends all outreach emails from this managed address. There is no OAuth, no Gmail setup, and no connection to maintain.

How It Works

  1. During onboarding, you pick your preferred email prefix
  2. Your agent's address is created instantly (e.g., yourprefix@leadclaw.io)
  3. All outreach emails are sent from this address
  4. Replies from leads are delivered back to your agent automatically

What's Pre-Configured

Every @leadclaw.io address comes with full email authentication out of the box:

  • SPF — Verifies the sending server is authorized
  • DKIM — Cryptographically signs every email to prove it was not altered
  • DMARC — Tells receiving servers how to handle unauthenticated messages

You do not need to configure any DNS records, connect any accounts, or manage any tokens. Everything is handled for you.

Changing Your Email Prefix

You can change your email prefix anytime from Settings > Email. The new address takes effect immediately for all future outreach. Replies to your old address will still be delivered to your agent.
