Active Campaign — A campaign currently running and sending outreach emails.
Agent — Your dedicated AI sales assistant that runs on its own server. Each user gets one agent.
Auto-Pause — When a campaign automatically stops due to exceeding safety thresholds (bounce rate >2%, spam complaints >0.1%).
Bounce — An email that couldn't be delivered to the recipient. High bounce rates damage sender reputation.
Bounce Rate — The percentage of emails that bounced. Must stay below 2%.
Campaign — A defined outreach initiative with a target audience, goal, and timeline. Your agent finds leads and sends emails within this scope.
Campaign Brain — The autonomous execution engine that orchestrates lead generation, verification, outreach, and follow-ups.
CAN-SPAM — US federal law governing commercial email. Requires physical address, clear identity, and one-click unsubscribe.
Cold Outreach — Sending emails to potential clients who haven't previously interacted with your business.
Compaction — The process of summarizing your agent's context to free up memory while preserving key information.

Daily Report — An automated summary your agent sends each day covering metrics, highlights, and learnings.
DKIM — DomainKeys Identified Mail — email authentication method that proves the email wasn't altered in transit.
DMARC — Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance — policy that tells email servers how to handle unauthenticated emails.
Follow-Up — A subsequent email sent to a lead who didn't reply to the initial outreach. Maximum 1 follow-up per lead.
GDPR — EU General Data Protection Regulation. Governs data privacy, consent, and the right to deletion.

Heartbeat — A real-time health monitoring signal from your agent, showing it's operational. Visible on the dashboard.
Hot Lead — A lead who has responded with clear buying signals (pricing questions, meeting requests, etc.).
Lead — A potential business client found by your agent that matches your campaign criteria.
Lead Scoring — An AI-assigned score (0-100) indicating how likely a lead is to become a customer.
Loop — One of 6 concurrent processes your agent runs (Inbox Monitor, IPC Watcher, Task Scheduler, Awareness Sweep, Owner Monitor, Campaign Brain).

Managed Email — Your agent's dedicated @leadclaw.io email address, pre-configured with full authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Onboarding — The 5-step setup wizard for new users that configures your AI agent.
Personalization — Your agent's ability to craft unique emails for each lead based on research about their business.
Reply Rate — The percentage of outreach emails that received a response. Good B2B cold outreach averages 3-8%.
RLS — Row-Level Security. Database-level isolation that ensures users can only access their own data.

Sender Reputation — A score assigned by email providers based on your sending behavior. High bounces and complaints lower it.
Sleep — A state where your agent's server is deallocated to save costs. All data is preserved in a snapshot.
SPF — Sender Policy Framework — email authentication method that verifies the sending server is authorized.
Unsubscribe List — A permanent record of email addresses that have opted out. These addresses are never contacted again.
VPS — Virtual Private Server. The dedicated server where your agent runs, isolated from all other users.
Warmup — The 5-day period where email volume gradually increases from your plan's starting volume to your full daily limit, building sender reputation. Starting volume varies by plan (Free: 2/day, Pro: 5/day, Ultra: 10/day).
ZeroBounce — The email verification service used to validate lead email addresses before sending.
