What Is the Activity Feed?
The Activity Feed is a real-time stream of everything your AI agent is doing. It appears on your dashboard and shows events like emails sent, leads found, replies detected, campaign actions, and system events.
Time Filters
Use the toolbar buttons to filter activity by period:
- Live — Real-time stream as events happen
- Today — All activity from today
- Yesterday — Yesterday's activity log
- This Week — Rolling 7-day view
Event Types
| Icon | Event | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| ✉️ | Email Sent | Your agent sent an outreach or follow-up email |
| 📥 | Reply Received | A lead replied to your outreach |
| 🔥 | Hot Lead | A reply was classified as high-interest |
| 👤 | Lead Found | Your agent discovered a new lead matching your campaign |
| ✅ | Email Verified | A lead's email address was validated |
| ⚠️ | Campaign Paused | A campaign was auto-paused (bounce/complaint threshold) |
| 💤 | Agent Sleep/Wake | Your agent went to sleep or woke up |
| 📊 | Report Sent | Daily or weekly report was delivered |
Using the Activity Feed Effectively
- Morning check — Scan today's feed for hot leads and any warnings
- Campaign launch — Watch live after starting a new campaign to see initial activity
- Troubleshooting — Check recent activity if something seems off
- Performance review — Use the weekly view to see patterns
Tips
- Hot lead events are highlighted — they stand out from routine activity
- Warning events (auto-pause, errors) appear in amber or red
- The feed updates in real time — no need to refresh the page
