Open Brand voice at /business-profile (also called Brand & Voice; /brand-voice redirects to the same page). It's built around one idea: this is exactly what your agent sees before it writes anything.

What the agent learns

  • Identity. Your business name, industry, location, website, and a short description.
  • Offerings. What you sell or do, with an optional price range for each.
  • Tone and personality. A few sentences describing how your content should sound, plus trait chips like "direct" or "warm."
  • Custom instructions. Hard rules that apply to every draft, like "keep posts under 40 words" or "never use exclamation points."
  • Look. Colors, style, and subjects your agent picked up automatically from your uploaded and scraped media.

All of it feeds into one grounding object your agent uses for cold email, ads, and social content. Change your tone here, and the next thing it writes reflects it.

Editing anytime

Every field is inline-editable. Hover or tap a field, hit the pencil icon, type your change, and save. There's no separate publish step, it applies to your agent's next draft.
