Your Inbox
Navigate to Inbox in the sidebar to see all email conversations between your agent and leads. The Inbox gives you full visibility into every outreach and reply.
Viewing Threads
Each thread shows:
- Lead name and email — Who the conversation is with
- Campaign — Which campaign originated this lead
- Status badge — Sentiment of the latest reply (interested, question, not interested, etc.)
- Preview — First line of the most recent message
- Timestamp — When the last activity occurred
Click any thread to expand the full conversation, including your agent's original outreach, any follow-ups, and the lead's replies.
Filtering & Search
Use the toolbar to narrow down your inbox:
- Direction — Filter by inbound (lead replies) or outbound (agent-sent emails)
- Search — Find conversations by lead name, email, or message content
- Sentiment — Show only interested, question, or negative replies
What the Sentiment Badges Mean
| Badge | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Interested | Lead shows buying signals | Respond within 24 hours |
| Question | Lead has questions about your service | Your agent may handle, or step in for complex questions |
| Not Interested | Lead declined | No action needed — contact ceases automatically |
| Out of Office | Auto-reply detected | Your agent will follow up after they return |
| Unsubscribe | Lead opted out | Permanently removed — no action needed |
| Bounce | Email undeliverable | Lead removed from campaign |
Hot Lead Notifications
When a lead's reply is classified as "interested," you'll see:
- A highlighted entry in the Inbox
- An alert in the Activity Feed on your dashboard
- An email notification (Pro/Ultra plans)
- An SMS notification (Pro/Ultra plans, if enabled)
