Email Warmup

Every new campaign starts with a 5-day warmup period where daily volume gradually increases to protect your sender reputation:

Usage Tracking

Monitor your usage from the dashboard's Usage Limits widget, which shows:

  • Current email volume vs. daily limit
  • Active campaigns vs. plan maximum
  • Email verifications used this month
  • SMS messages used this month (Pro/Ultra)

What Happens at Limits

  • Email limit reached — Your agent queues remaining sends for the next day
  • Campaign limit reached — Complete or pause a campaign before creating a new one
  • Verification limit reached — New leads won't be verified until next month; unverified leads aren't contacted
  • SMS limit reached — SMS communication paused until next month; chat and email still work
  • Approaching limits — Warnings appear in your dashboard

Safety Thresholds

These apply to all plans and cannot be changed:

Bounce rate > 2% Campaign auto-pauses
Spam complaint rate > 0.1% Campaign auto-pauses
Minimum sample for bounce check 10-20 emails Threshold only applies after minimum sends

Upgrading

Need higher limits? Upgrade from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately — your agent starts using the new limits right away.
