Data Ownership

All data generated by your agent belongs to you:

• Lead contact information and conversation history
• Campaign statistics and reports
• Business profile and settings
• Chat messages and agent interactions

Data Export

You can export your data at any time from Settings > Data:

• Leads — CSV export of all leads with full details
• Campaigns — Campaign configurations and statistics
• Reports — Historical daily reports
• Messages — Chat conversation history

Privacy Practices

LeadClaw follows strict privacy principles:

Data Isolation

• Each user's data is isolated using row-level security (RLS)
• Your agent runs on a dedicated server, separate from all other users
• API keys and credentials are hashed and encrypted

GDPR Compliance

• Right to access — Export all your data anytime
• Right to deletion — Request complete account deletion
• Data portability — Standard CSV/JSON export formats
• Consent tracking — All opt-ins are recorded with timestamps

Data Retention

• Active account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days
• Unsubscribe records are retained indefinitely (legal requirement)

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, contact support through the Help Center. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
