Account Settings

Communication Preferences
- Choose notification channels (email, SMS, chat)
- Set report frequency (daily or weekly)
- Configure preferred response channel
Agent Settings
- View and update your agent's name
- Manage email address
- View agent status and health
Security
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
- API keys are hashed and encrypted at rest
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS
- Row-level security ensures data isolation between users
