How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (helps us improve)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your current billing period continues until its end date
- Your agent continues running until the period ends
- After the period ends, your agent goes to sleep
- Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you return
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted
Pausing Instead of Cancelling
If you're taking a break but plan to return:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Pause Subscription
- Choose a pause duration (1-3 months)
Your agent sleeps during the pause. Data is fully preserved. Resume anytime.
Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 7 days: Prorated refund for unused portion of the current billing period
- Annual plans: Prorated refund based on remaining months
To request a refund, submit a help ticket with your account email and the reason for the request.
Data After Cancellation
Before cancelling, you can export all your data from Settings > Data:
- Lead lists (CSV)
- Campaign reports (PDF)
- Chat history (JSON)
- Agent insights and learnings
