How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select a reason (helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your current billing period continues until its end date
  • Your agent continues running until the period ends
  • After the period ends, your agent goes to sleep
  • Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you return
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted

Pausing Instead of Cancelling

If you're taking a break but plan to return:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Pause Subscription
  3. Choose a pause duration (1-3 months)

Your agent sleeps during the pause. Data is fully preserved. Resume anytime.

Refund Policy

  • Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After 7 days: Prorated refund for unused portion of the current billing period
  • Annual plans: Prorated refund based on remaining months

To request a refund, submit a help ticket with your account email and the reason for the request.

Data After Cancellation

Before cancelling, you can export all your data from Settings > Data:

  • Lead lists (CSV)
  • Campaign reports (PDF)
  • Chat history (JSON)
  • Agent insights and learnings
