Reading Your Results
Key Takeaway
Results live inside each goal now: a reached, engaged, inquired funnel plus one line of inputs (emails sent, posts, ad campaigns). Pro and Ultra plans also get a weekly, not daily, performance email every Monday.
Results live inside Goals now. Open a goal to see exactly how it's performing: how many people you reached, how many engaged, and how many raised a hand.
Where to find it
Go to Goals (/goals). Old links to /results and the social analytics page both land here too, it's all one view now. Each goal card shows a mini funnel; open a goal for the full breakdown.
The funnel: reached, engaged, inquired
Every goal tracks the same three stages.
| Stage | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Reached | People you put the message in front of |
| Engaged | Opened, clicked, liked, or replied |
| Inquired | Raised a hand: an interested reply or warm lead |
On the goal detail page, each stage shows its count and the conversion rate from the stage before it, so you can see exactly where people drop off.
Inputs, one line
Below the funnel sits one honest line: how many emails you've sent, how many posts you've published, and how many ad campaigns you've run for that goal. Each number links to the page behind it, so you can drill in without hunting around.
The weekly performance email
Pro and Ultra plans get a performance email every Monday. Not daily, there's no daily digest. It recaps each active goal's reached, engaged, and inquired counts, plus what's waiting on you: pending ad approvals and any accounts you still haven't connected.
Trial plans don't get the email, but the same numbers are always visible right on the Goals page.
Reading it well
A goal with a lot reached but almost nothing engaged usually means the message or targeting needs work, not the channel. A healthy inquired number, even a small one, is worth more than a big reached number with no replies behind it.
If a goal's numbers look off, check Needs You on Home first. An unapproved campaign or a disconnected channel is often the reason.
