Every lead receives a qualification score from 0-100 based on:
- Business fit — How well their industry and size match your target
- Contact quality — Whether they have verified email and additional info
- Engagement signals — Website activity, social presence, review count
- Response behavior — Reply speed, sentiment, and interest level
Hot Lead Detection
Your agent uses AI sentiment analysis to detect high-interest replies. When a lead shows buying signals — asking about pricing, availability, or requesting a meeting — they're flagged as a Hot Lead.
You'll be notified of hot leads via:
- Dashboard activity feed (highlighted in amber)
- Daily report email
- SMS alert (if enabled)
What to Do with Hot Leads
Hot leads represent your highest-priority opportunities. When notified:
- Review the conversation in your Leads page
- Take over the conversation directly
- Respond within 24 hours for best results
Your agent will step back once you engage directly with a hot lead.
