  • Response behavior — Reply speed, sentiment, and interest level

Hot Lead Detection

Your agent uses AI sentiment analysis to detect high-interest replies. When a lead shows buying signals — asking about pricing, availability, or requesting a meeting — they're flagged as a Hot Lead.

You'll be notified of hot leads via:

  • Dashboard activity feed (highlighted in amber)
  • Daily report email
  • SMS alert (if enabled)

What to Do with Hot Leads

Hot leads represent your highest-priority opportunities. When notified:

  1. Review the conversation in your Leads page
  2. Take over the conversation directly
  3. Respond within 24 hours for best results
